At the Islay accommodation there are three bedrooms: a double upstairs and a twin and a double downstairs. The Kitchen is large with the original quarry tiled floor, pitch pine units with white marble tops, an electric cooker, microwave and dishwasher. The bathroom has a built-in shower, washbasin, heated towel rail and additional electric heater.

The dining room is downstairs and its huge with original full ceiling height. There is a piano in the dining room and the acoustics are superb. Upstairs is the open plan living room with a gallery overlooking the downstairs area. There is a stereo system and a wood burning stove in the living room.

All rooms have central heating, the boiler is in an outhouse attached to the building and the solid fuel stove is also connected to the heating system.
