History of Lagavulin Hall, Islay accommodation
Lagavulin Hall was built in the first years of the 1900’s as a parish church. It is on the South East of Islay in an attractive sheltered position, beside the road in its own garden with views across Surnaig Bay to the ruins of the 14th Century Dunyveg Castle.

The building was converted into a house and re-mains virtually unchanged on the outside. It has been painstakingly restored and redesigned on the inside to provide a comfortable living space, which maintains the original simple style and grand scale of the interior.
